This blend brings together two 100% Arabica organic coffees. The combination of the rich and complex terroir of Honduras with the sweetness of Brazil results in a harmonious blend that is both balanced and slightly sweet on the palate.

The beans used in this coffee are harvested by hand from two cooperatives: Santos Farm and Finca Liquidambar. The latter is a true pioneer of organic farming in Honduras, benefiting from a favourable climate. Its ecological commitment is reflected in daily practices such as the use of waste as fertiliser and the composting of coffee pulp.

Ideal for lovers of Italian-style coffee, this blend offers the intensity and crema typical of Italian espressos, while being appreciated for its body and low acidity.
