The ceramic burrs  ensure the flavours and aromas of your coffee are not altered. They are solid and will not rust
 
The handle is designed so you can comfortably grind your coffee.
 
Easy to use.  To get the grind you want, simply unscrew or screw the nut that holds the burrs. You can choose from coarse to very fine grind depending on your needs.
