How do you make a delicious hot chocolate?

The simplest recipe: Place 2 teaspoons of Monbana chocolate powder in a mug. Pour in the hot milk. Stir briskly. Your chocolate is ready.

More traditional recipe: Put everything back into the pan and simmer for 1 minute. Your chocolate will be all the smoother and more fragrant.

How to make a delicious Monbana spicy floral cocktail?

Ingredients:

    40g Monbana Chocolate powder (about 2 heaped tablespoons)
    400ml whole milk
    A fresh chilli pepper
    A few slivers of olive oil caramel
    A pinch of salted butter caramel sugar
    A jasmine flower

Preparation:

Prepare the hot chocolate in a saucepan, Grandma style: Pour the milk into the saucepan and add the fresh Espelette chilli pepper, leave to infuse and bring to the boil. Strain the milk to remove any residual chilli. Add the Monbana chocolate powder and whisk to create an emulsion. Finally, return the chocolate to the heat.
    Pour the hot chocolate into the mug
    Add the caramel chips and a pinch of caramel sugar.
    Just before serving, add a jasmine flower.
    And finally, enjoy!
