Illy Decaffeinated Coffee:

Illy uses a solvent (dichlorometane) to decaffeinate its products before roasting. This highly volatile product is quickly eliminated and the fact that it is used before roasting means that there is no trace of this solvent in Illy decaffeinated coffees.

Naturally with a very low caffeine content (1.5%), these coffee beans contain the lowest caffeine content on the market (0.05%). For your information, the legal standard for decaffeinated coffee is 0.1%.
