Étoile du 25 black tea is prepared like a classic black tea in water at 95°C to bring out the strong notes of the tea leaves. The herbal tea infusion time will affect the strength and presence of the aromas. To find the right balance, the herbal tea should be infused for between 4 and 5 minutes.
