About the Caffitaly capsules

Each capsule contains 5.5 grams of coffee: the ideal amount to preserve the flavour and aroma of each blend.

The hermetically sealed capsule eliminates the risk of oxidation and preserves the aroma and taste of the coffee, which has the same characteristics as freshly ground coffee beans.

Caffitaly's Nespresso® compatible capsules are made from a selection of high quality coffees.

Structure of the Caffitaly Nespresso Pod

The top film and the body of the capsule are made up of three different layers to keep the capsule airtight. This protects the coffee perfectly from oxidation, preserving all the coffee's aromas.

During extraction, the filters ensure that the water is distributed evenly and optimally throughout the coffee, guaranteeing maximum performance from the process.

The result is an espresso with an intense aroma, covered in a rich, creamy crema.
