His farms grow prestigious varieties such as Mundo Nuovo and Yellow Catuaí, planted at an altitude of 1150m. These exceptional varieties make up this unique terroir coffee. In this privileged environment of sun-drenched hills and plateaux, the coffee cherries ripen slowly until they are perfectly ripe. They are then carefully treated using a natural process that guarantees batches of impeccable quality.

This coffee has a perfectly balanced cup: a mild attack with hints of almond, a generous body reminiscent of milk chocolate, and a delicate finish with hints of brown sugar.

Each coffee cherry is carefully sorted, dried in the generous sunshine and then in mechanical dryers to achieve a perfect humidity of 11%. This precise process guarantees a premium coffee that is exported all over the world.
