This batch is ideal for offering in a coffee shop, SME, or hotel, restaurant or café. A very rich and velvety drink, it is also possible to vary the pleasures with slightly richer hot drinks by adding syrup, coulis or cake crumbs to your chocolate!

With this easy-to-prepare hot chocolate, you will delight young and old alike.

This powdered preparation comes in a 2kg canister, which makes about 50 35cl drinks.

  • How to prepare a 140ml drink?
  1. Pour 100ml of milk into a milk pitcher
  2. Add a 40g portion of Zuma thick hot chocolate powder
  3. Mix everything together
  4. Heat using a steam wand
  5. All that remains is to savour your delicious drink!

A little note on indulgence:

You can add a few pieces of cookies, speculoos or muesli to your Italian-style Zuma hot chocolate. This will give your drink a little crunch.
