Ideal for flavouring your white or lager beers. It's also the perfect accompaniment to cocktails and smoothies.

Recipe idea: Alpina Bellini Cocktail

You will need:

• 1 cl Routin 1883 Peach syrup
• 2 cl Génépi l'Ancienne* (old-fashioned genepi)
• 2 cl Peach purée
• 10 cl sparkling wine*

Preparation :

• Pour the Génépi and the peach syrup into a Champagne flute.
• Top up with sparkling wine and finish with the purée, which will slightly emulsify the wine.
• Stir to blend
• Decorate with an edible flower
• Serve
