Recipe idea

Mocha Chill Frappé

You will need:

4 cl 1883 Chocolate Sauce
4 cl 1883 Frappe Mix
6 cl chilled espresso
9 cl cold milk
47 cl of ice cream
Optional: whipped cream

Preparation:

Pour all of the ingredients except the ice cream into a blender.
Fill the cup with ice cream and mix in the blender.
Mix for 22 seconds or until you obtain a smooth, even consistency.
Pour into a cup, garnish and serve.

Ingredients:

Canesugar, water, acidifying agent: citric acid, salt, thickener: xanthan gum.
