Sweet Cinnamon Syrup Perfect for Getting Cosy

This 1883 Routin cinnamon syrup has a sweet, woody aroma and an intense brown colour. In the cup, it reveals a harmonious, delicately spicy and sweet flavour with a hint of pepper.

This syrup is made from ingredients selected with the greatest care and is made from pure cane sugar, combined with the minerality of pure Alpine water.

Recipe idea: Hot Vermouth tea

Because this drink is so popular in winter, it's spiced up with woody and spicy notes. Very easy to make for winter evenings.

    1cl 1883 cinnamon syrup
    5cl Routin original red vermouth
    1cl squeezed orange juice

All you need to do is:

    Heat the vermouth and orange juice in a saucepan,
    Pour into a mug, then add the syrup and top up with hot water,
    Stir and garnish with a lemon wedge, cloves and a cinnamon stick.
    Enjoy!
