Recipe Idea: White Ninja

Ingredients :

    2cl chai tea syrup
    14cl white chocolate
    whole or plant milk
    3g sechouan pepper

Steps:

    Prepare your hot white chocolate by melting 50g of chocolate (preferably pastry chocolate) in 50cl of milk.
    Leave to cool, then pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
    Stir and strain into a glass filled with folded ice
    Top up with ice and garnish with cinnamon and ginger. Enjoy!
