Monin Recipe: Virgin Mojito

You will need:

20 ml Rum Flavour Syrup
10 ml Mojito Mint Syrup
10 mint leaves
4 slices of lime
Sparkling water
Garnish: Mint, Lime slice

Preparation:

Crush the fruit and herbs with the Monin syrup at the bottom of a glass.
Top with crushed ice
Pour in the other ingredients except the soft drink
Top up with the soft drink
Mix and serve
