A medium roast, on the other hand, offers a livelier cup, a pronounced terroir and a slightly tangy freshness.

The aim of this roast is therefore to reveal all the sweetness of the coffee beans and to find a nice balance in the cup. Recommended for espresso, you can enjoy an aromatic coffee that is accessible to everyone.

The medium+ roast is a gateway to the world of specialty coffee for espresso lovers who want to discover a terroir.
