Cafés Gonéo Coffee beans - Stivale Espresso Blend Signature - 1kg

Let yourself be tempted by this blend (75% Arabica, 25% Robusta), which will give you a full-bodied, structured espresso with all the comforting qualities you need. Smooth, full-bodied and round. You will find a racy cup with a liquorish body. Good persistence in the mouth too, with notes of sweet spices and malt. Recommended for lovers of ristretti.

"Stivale Espresso" is, in a way, a tribute to our Italian neighbours, who invented the first espresso machine systems, which are now widespread throughout the world.

The Cafés Gonéo Roast

Cafés Gonéo offers you specific roasting profiles according to the nature of each green bean. Each coffee is roasted independently of the others and only then is the blend made. The aim is to make the most of the potential and aromatic intensity of each terroir.
Cafés Gonéo wants to communicate this understanding of the product to everyone in order to guarantee the best possible coffee tasting experience.

The Brand's Commitments

In September 2020, Cafés Gonéo launched low environmental impact packaging for its professional range: KG bags of coffee beans that can be recycled once the label has been removed.

For the specialised range of Cafés Gonéo, the brand has turned to 100% recyclable materials: 250g metal tins, 500g refills and aluminium Nespresso ® compatible capsules.

Giving a second life to your 250g tin is possible thanks to its lid, which can be used to store all sorts of products.

The brand collaborates with ECOVALIM, a company based in Lyon that specialises in the collection, transformation and recovery of food waste.
