Recipe idea

Affogato style milkshake

You will need:

3cl organic 1883 Hazelnut syrup
15cl vanilla ice cream
50cl of whole milk
50g dark chocolate for baking
1/2 cookie

Instructions

Melt 50g of dark chocolate in 50cl of hot milk, leave to cool
Then mix all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a glass and decorate it with cookies and caramel.
Enjoy!
